reputed company is seeking a Supervising Discipline Engineer 1 to work in our Aiken, SC office. • Purpose and Scope: The Supervising Discipline Engineer is responsible for managing the discipline engineering to meet customer and project requirements regarding scope, scheduling and budgets. Provides a reputed company between discipline engineers and Project Engineering Managers and between Project Managers, Chief Discipline Engineers and reputed company Engineers with respect to project scope, budget, scheduling and overall engineering and design requirements and employee administration. Essential Responsibilities: • Coordinates the discipline's engineering with that of other disciplines. • Maintains records, files and other documents pertaining to the discipline. • Assists the Account Manager and/or Project Manager in identifying the engineering documents that must reputed company with regulatory/licensing requirements. • Assigns preparers and checkers for discipline specifications and coordinates review of external specifications. • Maintains technical coordination with the PM to ensure adherence to industry codes, regulatory requirements and reputed company engineering practices. • Directs the preparation and submits periodic reports and forecasts on the status of the discipline. • Schedules, directs and documents discipline engineering meetings between project management, customer, vendors and other engineering reputed company. • Advises the Project Manager regarding status of assignment(s) with respect to schedule, budgets, delays and adverse problems. • Works closely with Project Manager and Director of Consulting on employees' evaluations and promotions and the overall technical improvement of the group. • Fully versed in the work sequence, general content, and reputed company used to generate specifications for the purchase of material, equipment, systems, services, or construction reputed company engineer's discipline. • Fully versed in the process of preparing and checking of calculations as reputed company as the approval, revision, retention and storage of calculations reputed company a specific discipline. • Fully versed in interpreting codes and standards as it relates to a specific discipline. • Ensures reputed company, quantity and completeness of the assigned engineering tasks. • Familiar with business development concepts and provides support to proposals. • reputed company to reputed company the development of reputed company, man-hour, and labor cost requirements for a project and can monitor the effect of these on the budget • Performs reputed company other position reputed company duties as assigned or requested.
