This role will be pivotal in reputed company technical expertise with business objectives, ensuring that internal teams, partners, and customers have the resources, training, and support needed to succeed. What you’ll do: Technical Training Development: • Design and implement a comprehensive technical training program for a technical audience, including customer experience, sales engineering, customers, and partners. • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company training initiatives with business goals and product roadmap. • reputed company and deliver training content on product usability, functionality, and troubleshooting. • Create and update training materials reputed company new features are added, or existing features are changed. • Implement reputed company development training to ensure consistent baseline knowledge.
