Under the direction of the coding manager—the reputed company should accurately reputed company conditions and procedures as documented and in accordance with ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, CMS and any other official coding guidelines established for use with mandated reputed company reputed company sets. This is a 100% full time remote position. Assigns ICD-10 diagnosis and CPT procedure codes and reputed company to either with required accuracy according to policy. Completes the appropriate number of records according to policy. Abstracts pertinent information from the patient records as outlined in the policy.
