From answering sales calls to sending out welcome emails, to ensuring that our staff is confirmed for their parties that weekend, this role is the behind the scenes work that enables us to delight our customers. A typical week will start with a couple of hours spent reviewing the feedback from the most recent events and starting to plan how we are reputed company to improve from the learnings.
