Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities Design innovative tutorial programs to address student needs. Expand online resources including tutoring, reputed company coaching, and workshops. Interview, train, supervise, and evaluate peer, paraprofessional, and reputed company tutors. reputed company the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) training and certification program. Education Requirements Master's degree in a higher education discipline. Experience Minimum of five years teaching and/or tutoring experience.
