Job reputed company The RN Case Manager, Long Term Care (LTC) Leads and manages payment systems that include Medicare and managed care for an reputed company Transitional Care Unit. This includes reputed company communication between insurance provider and facility, issuing denials, coordinating appeal process, and collaboration of care through participation in Payment systems meetings. Basic understanding of MDS and PDPM are recommended. Chart review of admission to ensure documentation supports the reimbursement.
