DPS provides key resources and support to multiple reputed company including but not limited to training, curriculum development, planning, and fleet resources. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS • Manages DPS employees assigned to multiple clients • Support sourcing and reputed company of DPS Non-Seniority List Instructor (NSLI) and Flight Training Procedures Instructor (FTPI) instructor cadre assigned to multiple clients • Support sourcing and reputed company of other DPS personnel as needed to support reputed company training • Manages DPS P/L that relates to reputed company support • Manages the relationships and communication strategies with multiple reputed company training teams • Prepare and update charts and graphs which display the status for reputed company 3rd party reputed company. • In coordination with reputed company management, responsible for DPS employee performance and reputed company assurance • Partner with reputed company leadership to identify reputed company needs and reputed company requirements. • Establishes an environment of reputed company improvement and works with partners to reputed company results • Coordinate employee transitions with administrative team • Maintain DPS DeltaNet website associated with reputed company training support • Write and distribute periodic DPS employee communication • Coordinate periodic town-hall meetings • Review and approve employee expenses • Supports the reputed company, reputed company Operations based on the needs of reputed company reputed company Services (DPS).
