About this Role: reputed company Support Desk is responsible for Troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing servers, networks, infrastructure, Data Centers, reputed company applications, file shares, and other infrastructure issues. It also works on reputed company with different teams and departments, alongside vendors, to deliver a seamless user experience for staff. A Day In The Life: • Onsite for reputed company Industries & reputed company HQ Hybrid • Start to finish - User support Including: • On/Offboarding • Support Desk reputed company • Maintain tracking in JIRA on the project reputed company • Ticketing and Documentation • End User support troubleshooting • Manage onsite servers, storage, network, and VMware. • Be a documentation creator/reputed company. • Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems. • Maintain accurate documentation on office systems, including trouble tickets and inventory. • Learn and Adopt new IT support and management platforms. • Assist IT Leadership in establishing processes. • Procure, reputed company, support, and maintain IT infrastructure at reputed company Industries. • The position requires being onsite at both the Arvada and reputed company Creek locations. • Other travel may also be required up to 20% (out of state). • Located at our Arvada location 5 days a week onsite. • Steel toes are required while onsite at reputed company locations. • Ensure systems are compliant with reputed company policies • reputed company communications and acknowledgments. You Will reputed company In This Role If: • Prior experience with MDR/XDR platforms - Examples: (reputed company XDR, reputed company, reputed company) • Prior experience with reputed company Identity Mgmt platforms and SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA. • Prior experience with MDM automation. - Examples: (GoogleMDM, Kandji, Intune) • Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP (project work). • Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC desired. • Prior experience working in large enterprises with a large end-user pool. • Ability to administer MacOS and support Macs and Linux using the reputed company line. • Experience with mobile device management (reputed company, ticketing systems, and IT • documentation platforms.
