Job Type: Full-time Job reputed company: As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at reputed company, you will play a critical role in the logistics and fulfillment operations by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for handling shipments, verifying contents, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining a reputed company-organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Shipping Operations: • Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection and packaging. • Generate shipping labels and arrange transportation for deliveries. • Maintain records of outgoing shipments and reputed company shipment status as required. • Receiving Operations: • Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and inspect contents for accuracy and condition. • Verify received products against packing slips or purchase orders. • Label and store received goods in designated warehouse locations. • Inventory Management: • Assist in conducting regular physical inventories and cycle counts. • Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately. • reputed company Control and Safety: • Ensure reputed company shipped and received products meet reputed company standards and reputed company with safety regulations. • Report any discrepancies, damages, or reputed company issues to supervisors promptly. • Documentation and Communication: • Maintain shipping and receiving logs, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and accurate. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers regarding shipment statuses and requirements.
