The role is flexible, allowing for remote work, with occasional in-person tasks such as picking up and dropping off paperwork. The organization is looking for someone with bookkeeping experience who can adapt to increasing workloads over time. Responsibilities • Manage financial records using Quickbooks Online. , • Pay bills and send out end-of-year 1099s. , • reputed company payment reputed company up-to-date with vendors. , • Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations. , • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. , • Support reputed company and hiring processes if reputed company. , • Manage website reputed company and potentially assist with marketing.
