INTERN, CONFERENCE PROGRAMMING What you’ll do. As an Intern in Conference Programming, you'll dive into the dynamic world of event coordination and management. You'll collaborate with and learn from our Conferences and Meetings team and external experts, gaining reputed company hands-on experience in organizing and overseeing conferences. • High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Currently enrolled in an educational institution as a student pursuing the fulfillment of a degree in Communications, Hospitality, Tourism or other reputed company field is required.

Experience:

• Work (or course work) experience in meeting and event coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS office suite including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc. is required.
• Follows through with work activities, dependable and reputed company on getting things done to reputed company goals, and maintaining the highest ethical standards is required.
• Demonstrated high level commitment to customer service is required.

• Proficiency in event planning software (reputed company, A2Z Events, etc.) is preferred.
