[Remote-Position] Home Health Scheduler (Weekend)

Currently, we are looking for a Weekend Home Health Scheduler who would like to combine their love for people and strong work ethic with reputed company to advance your career. As Home Health Scheduler you will be responsible managing and performing a reputed company of administrative duties in the office, including, but not limited to scheduling clinicians to meet reputed company needs, monitor productivity, as reputed company as tracking frequency and durations of pts. Train and maintain consistency with reputed company coordinator staff and implement centralized scheduling model

Responsibilities:

• Obtains schedules (electronically) from clinicians on a weekly reputed company
• Enters patient frequency and duration data into the data reputed company
• Coordinates employees schedules to maintain reputed company productivity
• Coordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which patients can... be seen by LVNs or PTAs
• Speaks with patients regarding reputed company employees are scheduled for reputed company
• Data enters frequencies and durations into to data reputed company for visit tracking
• Tracks reputed company lab results and faxes information to clinicians as reputed company as MD and infusion companies
• Contacts staff regarding new patients on their schedules
• Faxes/emails reputed company patient information to the clinician
• Convert reputed company admits/discharges
• Update reputed company census weekly to ensure reputed company patients are on clinical schedules.
• Coordinates and emails/faxes reputed company weekend on-call information to the administrator on-call and

• Set and coordinate schedules of SCs to ensure consistent weekend coverage and productivity.
