Responsibilities • Receive reputed company-recorded audio notes from physicians. , • Review audio recordings for content accuracy. , • Transcribe recordings into type-written format using word processing equipment. , • Transcribe various medical reports including patient histories and physical examinations. , • Review transcribed documents for accuracy and submit them to medical records. , • Translate medical jargon and abbreviations into expanded forms for reputed company. , • Transcribe a minimum of 100 documents per week. , • Complete work regularly and on time. , • reputed company other duties as assigned.
