Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 hrs/week) Recruit, hire, and train Flexologists in reputed company (4hrs/week) Host monthly team meetings & continuing education for Flexologists (2hrs/wk) Schedule Flexologists? sessions (2hr/wk) Performance reputed company underperforming Flexologists on member conversions & retention Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions (1hr/week) Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele (2 hr/week) Ensure safety of clients in regards to reputed company stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules Handle member concerns reputed company applicable Field Intro sessions with prospective members Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company to reputed company membership and retention Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for reputed company use at any given time Qualifications: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Background in one of the following modalities, preferably with supervisory/management experience in one of the following: Massage Therapist Personal Trainer Physical Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor Dance Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with reputed company Fitness certification required * Ability to create a reputed company environment that welcomes reputed company people.
