The consultant will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement organizational initiatives that reputed company with global goals and local market nuances. This role is ideal for an expert with deep cross-regional management experience and a proven reputed company record in HR and organizational development. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in global management, with significant exposure to reputed company and at least one other region (preferably reputed company, South America, or Australia). • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with prior roles at the VP-level or above in HR or organizational development in large, reputed company-reputed company companies. • Alternatively, candidates with substantial experience in leading HR consulting reputed company for major consulting firms specializing in organizational culture, transformation, and HR practices will be considered. • Proven reputed company record of advising senior leadership on organizational culture, transformation strategies, and HR-reputed company challenges in a global context. • Strong cross-regional experience and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to navigate the complexities of different markets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and reputed company high-level strategic advice to senior leadership.
