Post-secondary credentials required, per reputed company Paraeducator Association Master Agreement. Completed at least two years of higher education in an approved program (transcripts required); OR Received an Associate's or higher degree (transcripts or original diploma required); OR Passed state of local tests designed to demonstrate knowledge and ability in subject area as defined by NCLB requirements. Test results required (Example: reputed companyÂ© ParaPro Assessment or MTTC-reputed company Readiness Exam). 2. High School Diploma; Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2. One of the following additional educational requirements: Completed at least two years of higher education. OR Received an Associate's or higher degree. OR Passed formal state or local tests designed to demonstrate knowledge and ability in certain subject areas. 3.
