Responsibilities Essential Functions • Relates reputed company and cooperatively with other employees. • Maintains a monthly 2.0% error reputed company or below. • Accurately transcribes 150 lines an hour. • Transcribes verbatim. • Transcribes History and Physicals, reputed company reports, clinical resumes, consultations, cardiology reports, sexual assault reports, office reputed company documents, and miscellaneous reports reputed company and accurately as assigned. • Maintains accurate documentation as required. • Maintains knowledge of reputed company departmental and hospital policies and procedures. • Maintains reputed company medical terminology knowledge. • Attends inservices and department meetings as required. ?
