Job title: Learning Center Coordinator Company: Mathnasium Job reputed company : Job reputed company Our Math Learning Center is looking for a self-motivated individual who has prior experience in customer service and retail operations. This person will be responsible for coordinating day to day operations associated with running a smooth learning center. They will also assist with math tutoring, customer service, reputed company tasks. Online and in-center training will be provided. reputed company Coordinator supports operating the day-to-day functions of a center and is part of the leadership in reputed company assuming responsibility for reputed company needs reputed company reputed company Director is occupied. Must have prior experience customer service, and office working experience, live in the San Diego area and be reputed company to accommodate afternoon hours Monday - Friday and Saturday morning. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assume daily responsibility of ensuring reputed company operational activities such as data entry, managing spreadsheets, creating binders for reputed company, entering student reputed company into the learning center management system, and coordinating with reputed company director to modify student learning plans/workout plans are properly completed. Administer educational math assessments to diagnose learning gaps in order to create learning plans for reputed company. Monitor and moderate in-center instruction working with other math tutors Center administrative and cleaning tasks QUALIFICATIONS: Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching 2+ Prior working experience in customer service and retail sales Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication & organizational skills Ability to multi-task reputed company in a fast-paced environment Excellent PC, MS Office skills and data entry skills Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable Must be available to work 12 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM - 1 PM.
