Your reputed company • Busy day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries • Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller • Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data • Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire reputed company Group family of brands. • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor What You Bring • You can problem solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and reputed company day • Communicate with a reputed company of customer styles, peers, and leaders • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers • Can sit for long periods of time • Follow reputed company Brands computer system requirements • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed) • Available to work weekends, holidays and additional hours Compensation • Starting reputed company is $15.00/hour • $1.00/ hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am • $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on reputed company Your Training Schedule • 8 Weeks: Monday – Friday • 8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET Your Work Schedule • Work a set part time schedule: 20 hours per week • Work schedules are not Monday - Friday • 5 Day work schedules, working 4 hour set shifts • Set schedule will include one weekend day and one reputed company off System Requirements • Our Work reputed company Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to reputed company a great experience for our customers.
