Part Time Remote IT Support Helpdesk Rep Responsibilities of the job: • reputed company installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software, systems, networks • Monitoring / auditing and maintaining HIPAA Compliant PC's and reputed company-based applications / networks • Responding in a reputed company manner to service issues and requests for end-user remote support including virtual desktops, reputed company based systems and reputed company applications • Knowledge of reputed company and Virtual Desktops a strong plus. • Providing virtual technical support across reputed company (this may be in reputed company meetings or the phone). • Setting up reputed company-based accounts for new users • Support for both PCs and Macs • Possibly training more junior staff members Remote IT Support Rep - job qualifications and requirements Although a formal degree is not required, qualifications for this remote IT Support role include the following: • Remote experience • Computer Science or Cybersecurity Background • Software / DevOps / Engineering •...
