Agents must have some experience in video production, customer service, excellent writing and grammar, a friendly attitude, an ability to respond quickly, multi-tasking skills and must have previously used StudioBinder... software. This is a full-time, remote position. • * INCLUDE FILMMAKING EXPERIENCE IN COVER LETTER** Job Responsibilities: In general, you’ll be providing support to new and existing customers using our Live Chat tool on our website.
