Part-Time Recruiter

The Part-Time Recruiter assists with the planning, coordination and implementation of student recruitment activities and represents the College at its feeder public and private high schools, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations and businesses. The position collaborates with Student Services assisting with presentations, events, reputed company tours and advisement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and organizing activities to generate leads for the recruitment of prospective reputed company
• reputed company businesses, churches and other organizations to reputed company prospective reputed company
• Collaborates and conducts college-wide recruitment initiatives with public and private high schools
• Interacts with high school personnel and coordinates reputed company to the reputed company
• Creates and maintains student databases
• Guides reputed company with the admissions process as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of reputed company experience
• reputed company degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
• Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to demonstrate reputed company reputed company relations skills
• Ability to drive and travel to and from office for recruitment activities

Part-Time Student reputed company reputed company

The Part-Time Student reputed company reputed company serves as a mentor to the reputed company participating in the program. The position provides individualized case management and educational plans for participants. The Student reputed company reputed company meets with reputed company on a regular reputed company and facilitates activities for the program. This is a temporary grant funded position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruits reputed company to participate in the program
• Presents and promotes reputed company to organizations
• Serves as a mentor to program participants
• Meets with participants in sessions designed to increase motivation, achievement and reputed company reputed company
• Identifies resources for participants
• Assists in the planning and execution of program activities
• Assists participants with admissions, enrollment, educational and financial information
• Verifies participant eligibility
• Processes participants forms and documents, as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or reputed company field and three (3) years of reputed company experience
• reputed company degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
• Knowledge and proficiency in computers, especially reputed company Office applications
• Ability to work independently and take initiative and responsibility for scheduling individual sessions with program participants
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and with attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend assignments
