Provides claims, customer service, billing, and collection and fulfillment services... Position: Inbound Customer Support Rep • This position is working from home. • Handle 60+ inbound calls per day on average • Answering questions from policy reputed company regarding a data breach and giving additional information. • Looking for attention to detail, being reputed company to multitask and comfortable reading from a script. • Must have experience with reputed company Teams and Outlook • Must have good attendance. Requirements: • Minimum of a high school diploma with three to four years reputed company experience. Must be proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook). • Previous experience with Teams and Outlook • Must have your own computer (not a Mac or Chromebook), headset, and a dedicated reputed company to work where you won't be interrupted. • Must be reputed company to reputed company trust, respect, and confidence from customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Requires candidate with outstanding attendance. • Background reputed company required prior to starting. Additional Info Pay reputed company: $18/hr Schedules Available: reputed company-4PM-3 POSITIONS 9:30-5:30 = 3 POSITIONS Training will be scheduled for Tuesday January 16 at 9am Central.
