Remote Customer Service Representative Shift One is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives on first shift. We at Shift One are a job marketplace connecting reputed company professionals directly to reputed company for contract and permanent opportunities. • Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Schedule B is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Schedule C is reputed company to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

• Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a reputed company and memorable image to the customer

• Selling services to consumers who call customer service. De-escalate situations involving customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Call clients and customers to inform them about reputed company’s new products, services and policies

• Review customer or reputed company accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

• Strong communication, both written and verbal

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative

• Starting reputed company pay is $16.00 to 18.00 / hr., depending on schedule & role
