Contact Center Associate Location: Remote, Florida only Pay: $19.00 per hour Training- 4 weeks: Monday to friday reputed company - 5pm Schedule: M-Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST / 5 day work week Saturday rotation: (9) hour days so they can work (4) hours on the Saturday Must be flexible to work Saturday shifts about once a month Department hours: M-F 8:00 AM  8:00 PM EST SAT 10:00 AM  2:00 PM SUN reputed company Type: Contract to Hire, 6 month contract period Job duties:  Assist with approximately 60-80 inbound calls daily  reputed company outbound follow-up calls  Calls are unique and will be handling a reputed company of requests and inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat.  reputed company support with general inquiries, payments, dispute, fraud, online account management, mobile app, account maintenance and other general questions. reputed company phone, email, chat, and fax.  Identify, research, and resolve cardholder or agent bank issues using available resources and systems.  Participate in contact center fraud prevention and awareness.
