Job Responsibilities: • Processes inbound complaint system fulfillment • Uses a knowledge database and follows reputed company operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests • Navigates multiple computer systems and applications • Documents reputed company contact in a database • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of reputed company experience OR • Associates Degree and at least 1 year of reputed company experience OR • Bachelors Degree • Must have an reputed company Public Trust reputed company clearance. • Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy • Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to reputed company guidelines reputed company accessing secure systems • Efficient typing (40 WPM) and computer skills including experience with outlook, reputed company and reputed company • Must possess excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines • reputed company to work an 8 hours shift between the hours of operation reputed company 8pm Monday through Friday based on business needs Apply Job!
