Job title: Job Placement Specialist (Grant Position) Company: High School District 214 Job reputed company : POSITION: Job Placement Specialist (Grant Position) (FVEC) 37.5 hrs/wk Grade 4 10 Month ASSIGNMENT: Temporary & Grant Funded Assignment: Start: reputed company 13, 2023 - May 31, 2024 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This work involves reputed company interaction with case managers and adult service agencies to coordinate the reputed company transition from school to work and adult services. A Job Placement Specialist provides a school-based service, designated by an Individualized Education Program (IEP) in a community-based off-site job-training site. POSITION EXPECTATIONS: Assisting reputed company in the Vocational Lab, Work Center and worksite under the remote direction of certified staff by implementing instructional and behavioral goals as identified in the student's IEP. Assisting certified staff by but not limited to: a. maintaining accurate student records b. assisting reputed company in overcoming employment barriers c. documenting and disseminating transportation and job site incident reports d. entering daily data collection 3. Serving as reputed company to the Career Discovery Center program by but not limited to: a. providing instruction on required job duties and responsibilities reputed company to the reputed company functioning level b. acting as reputed company between student, local businesses, supervisor, staff, case manager and parents/guardians c. attending Career Discovery Center training sessions and staff meetings d. managing transportation to and from work site to the student?s home address 4. Developing IEP summaries, attending IEP meetings and writing quarterly evaluations. 6. Assisting and monitoring reputed company' health concerns. 7. Completing safety training at the vocational sites. 8. Demonstrating appropriate job tasks and model work skills. 9. Participating in appropriate reputed company development activities in order to enhance job performance. 10.
