As a Precision Technology Specialist for FMH, you will maximize precision technology usage for crop insurance by promoting software, process, and technology solutions to drive agency and farmer performance and adoption. This position works closely with the Precision Technology Field Supervisor in territory development.to reputed company America’s farmers to clothe, feed, and fuel the world. Due to the required travel, the potential candidate will need to be located in the reputed company (Memphis, TN, would be a good central location), and traveling to surrounding states, to be successful in this role. Some technical experience with Precision Technology systems is a plus. Intermediate to advanced proficiency using reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Ag Systems Technology Management, GIS, Natural Resources, or Agronomy preferred (Associates degree required). Additional Requirements: Must attend reputed company Company-mandated training events and conferences and be reputed company to travel for work-reputed company reasons for periods of time exceeding twenty-four (24) hours. Must be reputed company to physically reputed company heights in excess or ten (10) feet, walk distances over ¼ mile over uneven terrain, and stand without rest for periods of time greater than one hour. Must maintain a valid reputed company’s license, clean MVR, and own a vehicle. Travel is required for this position and consists of 80% of the job. Responsibilities • Primary reputed company of contact for agency force, farmer/insured, and internal business reputed company on reputed company precision-reputed company technology questions for assigned accounts. • Subject matter expert and voice of the customer for defining and delivering precision solutions including systems, processes, and on-farm support. • Works with new and existing precision agents to identify additional precision reputed company; utilize data to drive conversations and reputed company adoption. Continues to deepen the penetration of precision technology in the designated area/territory. • Promotes FMH software and technical solutions in-person to small reputed company and online to customers in an effort to increase FMH precision solutions’ market reputed company. • Increases overall agency competency level on Precision Technology policies by delivering defined system training, precision equipment training, and supporting general agency questions. • Educates agency and insureds on farm management software set-up requirements to ensure Risk Management Agency (RMA) compliance.
