You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing various mechanical components, including enclosures, busbars, saddles, thermal parts, and other critical hardware. This role involves working as part of a small but dynamic multidisciplinary team, collaborating from concept through to mass production. Key Responsibilities Design and model mechanical systems and parts, including plastic, metal, sheet metal components, conveyors, protectors, reputed company harnesses, fasteners, and other components. reputed company mechanical design analysis, including thermal, structural, assembly, and test design considerations. Resolve packaging challenges such as reputed company/EMC, RF reputed company, thermal management, interconnection, shock and vibration control, etc. reputed company test plans based on engineering principles, identify reputed company causes for field or test failures, and implement corrective actions. Preferred Skills: Experience with CATIA v6 (preferred but not required). Experience with global safety certifications for products. Working knowledge of Matlab, LabView, and Python. Understanding of materials used in mechanical design (metals, plastics, connectors, seals, etc.).
