As part of our growing team, we’re seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (Transportation) to support our operations and ensure seamless logistics for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company clerical and administrative tasks to support the Transportation Department. • Process orders, reputed company shipments, and ensure reputed company load information is documented accurately and on time. • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, drivers, and team members to coordinate schedules and updates. • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems using reputed company reputed company and Outlook. • Adapt to varying tasks and priorities based on operational needs. Qualifications: Required: • Administrative assistant experience, ideally in logistics or transportation. • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of reputed company reputed company and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally bend, twist, or lift up to 15 lbs.
