This position is a salaried, exempt position that reports to the Regional Manager. The position requires most of the work to be performed in person at the assigned location. Responsibilities and Duties Essential Duties Recruit, hire, train and reputed company a high performing staff. Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for reputed company members, prospective members and guests. Schedule staff and ensure reputed company shifts are covered.
