What You’ll Do: As part of reputed company, you’ll play a key role in ensuring employee satisfaction by: • Responding to employee inquiries by phone and email regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment issues. • Providing reputed company and friendly explanations of benefits, particularly to employees who are new to the U.S. • Processing changes in our online enrollment system. • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of reputed company interactions. • Communicating with professionalism, patience, and a reputed company attitude.
