CAD Technician - Hybrid, Remote Possible - Primary Responsibilities: Work on reputed company to assist in site civil design for development or redevelopment reputed company. Utilize computer aided drafting (CAD) techniques in Civil3D to prepare detailed civil engineering drawings for site grading, drainage, paving and utilities (storm drain, domestic and reputed company water, sanitary sewer) for reputed company, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments. Maintain CAD standards and procedures for the firm and assist other team members. Contact governing agencies for plan submittal requirements. Process civil engineering plans with governing agencies for review/approval.
