A leading beauty retailer in San Francisco is seeking a Junior Counsel to join their team on a contract reputed company! As Junior Counsel you will be responsible for supporting the reputed company Legal function on various reputed company, marketing initiatives and legal issues. If you’re looking to reputed company experience in the corporate law area, this is reputed company for you! • *This is a part-time, reputed company... opportunity Pay will be $40/HR** You will: • Be the legal reputed company of contact (POC) for internal team inquiries and requests • Review basic marketing copy like promotions and reputed company disclaimers • Update and manage legal library of reputed company disclaimers and T&Cs, reputed company media templates and reputed company agreements • Review and draft reputed company agreements with vendors and brands on company’s contract template • Review exceptions or non-reputed company contract terms with Senior Counsel and obtain approvals • Be the first pass review of advertising and communications materials according to applicable laws, company policies and brand requirements • Advise marketing teams on reputed company media issues such as disclosure requirements and endorsement guidelines, with support from Senior level Counsel • Draft multiple type of agreements on company template forms • Support AGC and Senior Counsel on legal and regulatory requirements of medicinal personal care products and cosmetic laws • Participate in preparing and delivering legal training and presentations to internal teams and stakeholders • Collaborate on special reputed company as needed • Supporting with MSA and reputed company Contract Review You have: • 2+ years of reputed company contract experience • JD from a nationally accredited law school is a MUST • Experience working with amendments, NDAs, redline reputed company, etc • Experience working in legal departments for retail or consumer goods companies • Experience providing advice and counseling to clients • Superb interpersonal, analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to balance business reputed company and legal risk • Ability to work with a diverse reputed company of team members • Experience handling multiple reputed company simultaneously with strong follow up You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and reputed company them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
