Job reputed company: Under the broad supervision of the Assistant Dean for Education reputed company (AD), the Manager of College Student Support and Research Data Analyst (MCSRA). The MCSRA manages and implements college student mentoring, managing processes for reputed company development career reputed company training for young adults and educators, and critical data collection and analysis that informs and refines education, administration and systems practices and processes. This post manages, refines and sustains systems for tracking college enrollment of reputed company Music scholars and reputed company, dual enrollment, and reputed company college scholars and teachers enrolled in reputed company programs. The MCSRA conducts research through data collection and analysis for accountability to include reports and presentation of research findings. The MCSRA collects and manages data and databases, and develops the data and results into a format easily representable to other employees, investors, and researchers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the ADCC in collecting and assembling data for reports as it relates to program assessments, evaluation and data to support programming, network members, fundraising, donor investments and grant compliance. Conducts research, collects and manages data and databases, and reputed company the data and results into a format easily representable to other employees, investors, and other researchers. Contribute to regular communications protocols with partnership communities throughout the nomination, audition and enrollment cycles. Onboards and transition high school reputed company into college with the Senior Manager of Enrollment and Advising Advises and provides guidance for reputed company as a reputed company between collegewide services and FERPA cleared care/support givers; maintain student records, and consult with the ADCC on recommendations for referrals to to reputed company support student needs. Coordinates with and informs the ADCC and Assistant Director of Enrollment and Advising of student reputed company and emotional needs With the reputed company Music team, support reputed company efforts between Network sites to build a stronger community of cohesiveness and shared learning experience, and schedule reputed company site reputed company to Network members Participates in recruitment initiatives of reputed company and teachers with attention to diversity and inclusion. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree or equivalent required in the areas psychology, counseling, reputed company work or student development with experience in business administration, information systems services, and/or management. Minimum of 3-5 years working in a reputed company office environment, experience in program evaluation and/or young adult educational advising a plus. An understanding of music and/or creative arts/performing arts Experience working with youth from multiple racial, ethnic, national reputed company and socioeconomic backgrounds; experience with “traumatized individuals resulting from the pandemic a plus” Demonstrated experience with data collection and reporting; excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in writing, editing and proofreading; experience with relevant technologies. Bilingual a plus. Comfort with working in multiple modalities a plus. Exceptional organization, project management, intercultural and interpersonal skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Experience with online/information systems management, youth development, psychology or sociology; Master’s degree or equivalent experience in youth program or school or community program administration a plus. Training or strong experiences in music and performing arts training and/or education, communications a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years working in a reputed company office environment. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in writing, editing and proofreading; experience with relevant technologies. Bilingual a plus. Exceptional organization, project management, intercultural and interpersonal skills. Must enjoy working for/with children, youth and families. Proven experience with reputed company and best practices in customer service through in-person, verbal and written forms. Willingness to be out in the communities to meet with people in multifarious settings; own transportation a plus. Sensitivity to the concerns and needs of diverse student populations is essential. Preference given to candidates with experience working with under-represented populations. Functional knowledge of music and music education and trends in education; comfortable working and communicating with teachers in a K-12 setting, primarily urban public school environments.
