Assist patients with paperwork and electronic forms, ensuring everything is in order for their appointments. Be the go-to person for answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing support. Maintain accurate patient accounts and handle payment processing. Help patients schedule and manage appointments, both in-person and remotely.
