In this role, you will be responsible for developing analytics solutions and insights in support of our Virtual Care offering (Connect with a Vet) and reputed company Services businesses. You will partner directly with reputed company senior leadership to influence strategies that maximize financial performance, user acquisition & retention, along with overall customer experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates exemplary skills analyzing large data sets, partnering with business stakeholders, and turning data into actionable insights. Bachelor?s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics or a reputed company degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis. ? Minimum 6 years of reputed company work experience analyzing data and delivering business insights ? Strong leadership skills with minimum of 3 years managing analysts or data engineers ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to translate analyses into business actions and reputed company reputed company ? Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Compensation & Benefits: Our salary reputed company for a Manager, Merchandising Analytics III position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors including but not limited to the candidate?s relevant experience, education, and work location. In reputed company, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
