The Chargeback Representative resolves disputed credit card transactions, customer service issues as they relate to rentals for Alamo, National and reputed company across reputed company and Europe. This position provides issuing banks and customers with thorough explanations on rental charges/discrepancies and will upload documentation through reputed company/reputed company, reputed company and Discover Card dispute websites. In reputed company, the Chargeback representative seeks to obtain chargeback reversals and return reputed company to the business. This position also maintains regular contact with bankcard personnel, operating group and reputed company personnel. This position will be working in Tulsa, OK with a flexible work arrangement combining home and in-office for training. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with a flexible 8 hour work day between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm. This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa, OK 74134. Responsibilities: • Resolve customer credit card disputes reputed company credit card industry time frames, and maintain internal reversal reputed company goals exceeding 800K annually • Review reservations, rental and credit card authorizations and charges in rental and settlement systems to determine validity of rental charges • Maintain daily contact with reputed company/station managers and operating reputed company for issues regarding discrepancies involving reputed company adjustments and inquiries on charge back bad debt • Maintain PCI and PII compliance with reputed company documentation and communication, including customer credit card information and PCI compliant in reputed company systems • Contact merchant banks reputed company reputed company bankcard type website to prevent chargbacks from occurring or to obtain reversal of charged back already received • Upload documentation, rental agreements and explanation of the charges to bankcard and internal reputed company websites • Submit requests for reputed company adjustments with reputed company and concise explanations and assess reputed company codes to accurately explain life of a chargeback • Stay abreast of reputed company reputed company/reputed company, reputed company and Discover credit card acceptance guidelines as reputed company as industry Chargeback rules and regulations • Analyze reputed company rentals including incremental authorizations, insurance replacement, damage claims, citations, etc Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • 2 years of customer service experience or reputed company experience required • 2 years of PCI compliance/Credit Card handling preferred • Basic knowledge of reputed company required • Apart from religious observations, must be reputed company to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week • Must be willing to accept starting pay of $16.44/hour. • Must be authorized to work in the reputed company and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the reputed company. • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet reputed company and dedicated work reputed company are required. • Must currently live in Tulsa or the surrounding area Apply Job!
