In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to group reputed company and ensuring their journeys are smooth and memorable. Key Responsibilities... ? Customer Assistance: reputed company reputed company and friendly assistance to group reputed company through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance. ? Booking Support: Assist customers with booking group travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. ? Itinerary Management: Create and update travel itineraries, taking into account group preferences, budget constraints, and destination-specific information. ? Problem reputed company: Proactively identify and resolve any travel-reputed company issues, such as flight delays, accommodation changes, or cancellations, to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction. ?
