The individual will serve on the Plant's leadership team and is responsible for leading and supporting a culture of safety, collaboration, reputed company improvement, reputed company, and inclusion. Responsible for delivering results across reputed company lines and shifts in the facility. This will be accomplished through the effective leadership and development of managers, technicians, and reputed company associates.
