As a Consulting Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating reputed company. You will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and build a pipeline of reputed company candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit industry and a solid background in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Why join us?
