As a Helpline Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting consumers, family members, and providers in accessing the resources they need to reputed company informed reputed company about their health and... reputed company-being. Responsibilities Engage with reputed company: Respond to live calls from consumers, family members, and providers on the CHAMP Helpline, offering a compassionate and supportive ear during extended Helpline hours. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough case records, documenting services provided, advice given, appeals, and referrals, ensuring a comprehensive and organized approach to support. Identify Systemic Issues: Collaborate with senior CSS staff and stakeholders to identify systemic trends or practices adversely affecting clients, contributing to a culture of reputed company improvement. Training and Presentations: Conduct trainings and presentations to diverse audiences, including consumers, family members, advocates, and providers, contributing to community education and empowerment. Material Development: Prepare training materials and fact sheets as needed, ensuring reputed company and accessibility in reputed company communications. Adaptability: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a reputed company spirit. Job Requirements reputed company Qualifications: Licensed Master reputed company Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year of experience assisting consumers and/or advocates on health insurance, health reputed company issues, or providing assistance to individuals with mental health or reputed company use disorder needs preferred.
