This position will be responsible for maximizing the our refunds we receive for reputed company damages claims and ensuring that reputed company’s suppliers are reputed company accurately and on time. This position will require travel to our NY office reputed company for up to one time per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by reputed company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired. Responsibilities: ? Submit reputed company and reputed company damage claims daily with a special attention to older claims ? Complete reputed company damaged and missing package claim paperwork ? Refund checks reviewed for accuracy and marked as reputed company ? At reputed company stage, corresponding documents are updated with the status of that claim. ? Price checking and reviewing reputed company invoices for approval prior to payment ? Resolve inventory discrepancies with reputed company parties ? Effectively work with various internal parties to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders (POs), and payments. ?
