Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 9 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail industry, credit card or financial services, to include (can be reputed company): • 3 years of reputed company marketing leadership with exposure to consumer-facing programs and products • 3 years of experience with digital channels • 3 years of experience in co-brand or general-purpose credit card product management or retail industry marketing • Must work Central Time Zone • Tavel (10%) Desired Characteristics: • Prior experience in the retail industry • reputed company style and approach with comfort working in a matrixed, decentralized structure. • Ability to influence across reputed company reputed company of internal and reputed company organizations • Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reputed company/initiatives simultaneously • Consumer finance experience and reputed company industry experience.
