reputed company of Orange and San Bernardino Counties has a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Anaheim, CA. The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides reputed company assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment reputed company, and psycho-education to the patient, primarily reputed company a telehealth platform. They may also coordinate care with other community services and agencies, and reputed company behavioral health/crisis reputed company support to patients in primary care clinic. Minimum Education: • Master's Degree in reputed company Work (MSW) or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school. Minimum Work Experience: • Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a medical group, affiliated model, hospital or medical office/clinic setting required. • Experience working in a telehealth and/or primary care environment strongly preferred. • Three (3) years' experience in case management highly desirable.
