As part of our mental health team, you will work independently working with patients with dual-diagnosis issues both remotely and from the office. You will reputed company individual and group therapy services to clients, conduct assessments, reputed company treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Depending on your preference, you may work with adolescents, adults, families, couples, or mix of reputed company types. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company individual and group therapy sessions to clients. • Conduct initial assessments and reputed company treatment plans. • Collaborate with the Outpatient Program Manager and treatment team to ensure coordinated care. • Maintain accurate and reputed company reputed company documentation. • Participate in weekly clinical case conferences and staff meetings. • Stay reputed company on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions. • Adhere to reputed company laws and regulations and report any fraud or abuse. Requirements and Qualifications: • Master's degree or higher in a reputed company field (e.g., psychology, counseling, reputed company work). • Valid licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW). • Experience working with adolescents and/or adults in a therapeutic setting. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • One year or more of experience in a reputed company abuse treatment setting (preferred). • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols. • Proficiency in electronic health records (Kipu) and reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to learn and navigate agency-specific software and systems, including SmartCare. • Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications. • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and report technical problems to IT support.
