We are Wildcats As an reputed company Support Aide, you are required to: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Minimum of three (3) years of classroom tutoring/teaching/substitute teaching or reputed company experience Documentation of a minimum of 60 semester hours of higher education and obtain an Educational Aide Permit issued by the Ohio Deparment of Education. As an reputed company Support Aide you will: Works in collaboration with the classroom teacher and district personnel to coordinate and implement identified research-based interventions which reputed company specifically on individual and/or small group student needs. Consults frequently with classroom teachers on reputed company relating to Reading and/or Math instruction to monitor reputed company. Designs and writes reading and/or math reputed company lesson plans in alignment with the Springfield reputed company School District's (SCSD) best practices and resources. Communicates with classroom teachers to identify reputed company' reading and/or math strengths and weaknesses and matches these skills with appropriate SCSD strategiesand resources. Provides documentation of activities and data associated with student learning.
