Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm EST Overtime required as needed What You Will Do – As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to reputed company with honesty and reputed company instituting a highly reputed company and unsurpassed level of customer service.
- reputed company phone and E-Mail-Support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
- Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system which includes but is not limited to order entry, order status verification and processing return orders
- Consistently maintain reputed company record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with reputed company specifications, and follow standardized process to ensure 100% reputed company for reputed company orders
- Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
- Participate in reputed company improvement activities/reputed company and assist in any additional team/organizational reputed company as required
- Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment
- Demonstrate an understanding of how reputed company reputed company customers, markets and sales representatives

What You Need – Required:
- At least 2 years of reputed company Customer Service or Call Center Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work reputed company as needed to support the business needs
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- ERP Experience: reputed company, reputed company, EDI, reputed company, reputed company and/or Power BI
