Responsibilities
- Process prescription requests and input patient prescription/demographic data in systems
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients and reputed company providers
- Handle 30-60 inbound calls a day
- reputed company outbound calls to provider offices, as needed
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of prescription orders
- Ensure electronic customer database is maintained in a reputed company and accurate manner
