In this role, you will be trained to reputed company entry-level customer service work. This involves providing external customer service support by receiving and responding to information and/or program service inquiries. Job Details: • Compensation: $19/HR + Shift reputed company • Location: 9400 Southpark reputed company |SUITE 200 | Orlando, FL 32819 • Schedules: • M-F 11-8pm EST • Mon-Wed and Friday: 10:30am-7:30pm, Saturday: 9:00am-5:30pm, OFF: reputed company and Thursday • Wed-Sun: 9:00am-5:30pm OFF: Monday and Tuesday • Mon- Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm • Remote: Work From Home after 120 Days • Start: ASAP • Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve customer service. • Guide callers through requirements to process a pharmacy benefit investigation. • Field customer calls to reputed company complete and accurate answers to reputed company queries and concerns. • De-escalation support and reputed company for dissatisfied customers • Performs other reputed company duties as needed.
